Soap and Glory Speed Plump All-Day Super Moisture Marvel

Wow, that is a long name! Soap and Glory are, by far, one of my favorite brands. I love their body range, and I use quite a lot of their make-up, but this moisturizer is the first S&G skincare product I’ve ever tried.

Soap and Glory Speed Plump Moisuriser

Dedicated for dry and dehydrated skin, enriched with watermelon extract, hyaluronic acid, raspberry plant cell extract, and ginseng complex. The cream is designed to moisturize and plump up the skin, smoothing fine lines and wrinkles. That sounds promising! No wonder my expectations were rather high, and I couldn’t wait to try this one out.

And well, I absolutely love it! The consistency is really light and it absorbs in no time. I use it under the makeup, and I don’t even have to apply a primer. It has an amazing smell, sweet yet subtle. You don’t have to use much of a product, so it lasts for long time. Leaves my face super hydrated, fresh and dewy. And it really does plump up and smooth my skin, especially around my mouth and on the forehead (so basically everywhere where I need it). I have to admit, I wasn’t too sure whether the plumping effect is really gonna be spectacular, as it sounds almost too good to be true, but it works and  it’s really quite impressive. The only thing that I feel could be better is that it doesn’t have an SPF, but I use a foundation with a filter anyway, so at the end of the day it doesn’t make such a huge difference.

It instantly became my favorite day cream and I will definitely repurchase it. Yet another reason for me to love Soap and Glory!

Thank you for reading! 🙂
